What The Fence is a premier fencing company that specializes in quality commercial and residential fence design and installation. What the Fence was founded in 2023 as a breakaway company from Restore Atlas, a highly-rated exterior construction company.
The success of being Austin’s number one rated fencing company provided the perfect opportunity to instill the same quality of work standards into a franchising company and What the Fence was born. Joe Rei | CEO/Co-Founder
Joe has a background in leadership, business development, and education. He has a Ph.D. in Education from K-State and is a retired Army Colonel. One of his many previous titles is the Dean of the School of Franchising. Training, leadership, and business acumen are his forte. He understands the challenges of cash flow management, growth, and agency costs. He is part owner and CEO of Mr. Duct Cleaner and serves on the board of several other franchising companies.
Georgia Rei | CEO/Co-Founder
Georgia has a background in economics, family business, finance, and leadership development. She successfully ran the first SBA loan diaper service and grew it into a commercial laundry operation. She taught economics, investment, finance, money and banking, sales, and marketing at several colleges and Universities. She is part owner and the CMO for Mr. Duct Cleaner Franchise Systems as well as serving on the board of other franchise concepts.
We had What The Fence replace our fence and remove the tree between our property and our neighbors that was breaking our shared fence. The whole experience literally could not have been better! Jeremy is a true professional with a heart of gold. Everyone who was working on our fence was wonderful and sweet. When I walked the fence after, any little thing I found (which was virtually nothing), they fixed with a smile and understanding. They explained everything I had questions about and the fence looks perfect. Everything was done so well and the fence is so strong! I’m so excited to have this beautiful fence to enjoy for years and years to come! The tree removal was also done safely and very well. The stump is mayyyybe 1.5 inches above the ground. Probably even shorter. The yard looks soooo nice and I love it! I will be hiring Restore Atlas for ANY other work we need done.
