WTF – What The Fence! knows you don’t think about the fence until your beloved dog runs past your legs and darts into the yard. You don’t think about the fence until your four-year-old child opens the back door “all by themselves” and saunters out to play. You don’t think about the fence until you go outside to enjoy the cool evening breeze and you hear your neighbor’s mean dog barking repeatedly BEHIND the privacy fence. You don’t think about the fence until you hear your friends laughing at bingo telling the story of the nearly naked guy mowing his backyard, “isn’t he your neighbor”? – Gosh aren’t you glad you had WTF-What The Fence! Install that privacy fence?
That privacy fence you built sure solves a lot of problems. If you had it installed by WTF-What The Fence! you can rest assured that it is still standing, still securely guarding your property, still keeping your loved ones safe, and keeping prying eyes away from your home or property. We don’t just dig a few posts 6 inches deep and slap up some extra wood and call it a fence. Our national buying power allows us to obtain the best pricing on materials. Our craftsmen (and women) are held to strict standards of installation.
First, every post is set in concrete at 18 inches deep in solid rock, 24 inches deep in clay or soft soil, and 36 inches deep if it is an 8 ft tall fence.
Second, every 2×4 is ground contact rated outdoors and secured with 2 double dipped deck screws per post.
Third, every picket is installed using 6 ring-shank galvanized nails per picket.
Fourth, the entire job site is cleaned and organized at the end of each day of production, to ensure safety and a steady workflow.
Our gates are built with a four-sided frame with a cross brace in the middle. All gate hardware is black-painted galvanized steel, secured with hex-head lag bolts.
Ok, that might be too much of an explanation as to why there is such high quality at WTF-What The Fence! You get the point. We know what we are doing, and we are proud of our work. We build fences to last so you don’t have to think about it when the dog or the kid gets out, or when the neighbor is doing something you don’t want to see.
